オーストラリアの非住宅建築様式は、住宅以外の目的で使用される建物に適用されるオーストラリアの建築様式のセットであり、1788 年にオーストラリアにヨーロッパ人が移住した初期のころに建てられた最初の植民地政府の建物以来存在しています。
植民地時代の建物の分布はオーストラリアのさまざまな植民地の設立と成長に密接に従っており、最も古い植民地時代の建物はニューサウスウェールズ州とタスマニア州に見られます。

ビクトリア朝ジョージアン
オールドコロニアルジョージアン様式がビクトリア朝時代まで 延長され、継続された。 [17] 1840年頃以前に建てられた ジョージアン様式の家はオールドコロニアルジョージアンとして特徴付けられ、1840年頃から1890年頃までの建物はビクトリアジョージアンとして特徴付けられる。どちらのスタイルも本質的には同じで、対称的なファサード、シンプルな長方形と角柱の形、整然とした造りが特徴である。6枚または8枚のガラス窓が一般的であった。[17]
