キール・スターマーは2020年4月5日と6日に初の影の内閣を任命し、 [5] [6] 2020年4月9日に影の内閣官房長官の任命を完了し、[7] [8] 2020年4月14日に野党院内幹事の任命を完了し、[9] 2020年5月14日に議会私設秘書官(PPS)の任命を完了した。 [10] [11]
2020
4月
影の運輸チームの最初の任命では、マイク・ケインが影の地方運輸大臣、ケリー・マッカーシーが影の環境保護運輸航空大臣、マット・ロッダが影のバス大臣に任命された。[12]その後、ケインは海事大臣とともにマッカーシーの航空大臣に任命され、ロッダは地方運輸大臣を担当した。[7]
イアン・マクニコルはもともと貴族院の野党院内幹事に任命されたが、漏洩した報告書を受けて彼の行為に関する調査の結果を待って4月15日に辞任した。[13] [14]
トニー・ロイドは一定期間の休職を経て、4月28日に北アイルランド影の大臣を退任した。 [15]彼の後任にはルイーズ・ヘイグが就任し、彼の不在中は暫定的に同職に任命された。[15]

6月
スターマーは6月25日にレベッカ・ロング=ベイリー影の教育大臣を解任し [19] 、その2日後にケイト・グリーン影の児童貧困対策大臣を後任に任命した[20] 。
7月
影の女性・平等担当大臣のギル・ファーニスは7月10日に野党の院内幹事に就任し、影の信仰担当大臣のジャネット・デイビーが後任として影の信仰・女性・平等担当大臣に就任した。[21]
ロイド・ラッセル=モイルは7月16日に影の環境大臣を辞任したが、その原因は「右翼メディアのキャンペーン」にあるとし[22] 、 8月12日にルース・ジョーンズが後任となった。シャーロット・ニコルズがジョーンズの後任として影の北アイルランド大臣の補佐官となり、影の国際貿易大臣 の補佐官も務めた[23]。
9月
オリビア・ブレイク、ナディア・ウィットーム、ベス・ウィンターは海外作戦法案に対する労働党院内幹事の意見に反抗し、2020年9月24日にPPSの職を辞任した。[24]
10月
ダン・カーデンは10月15日に影の財務大臣を辞任し、秘密諜報源(犯罪行為)法案に対する労働党院内総務に反対票を投じる意向を指導部に伝えた。[25]マーガレット・グリーンウッド影の教育大臣とメアリー・フォイ、レイチェル・ホプキンス、キム・ジョンソン、ナベンドゥ・ミシュラ、サラ・オーウェンの各PPSも、この法案に対する労働党院内総務に反発し、同日辞任した。[26]オーウェンは同月初め、ランカスター公領影の財務大臣のベス・ウィンターの後任としてPPSに就任していた。[26] 10月16日、ウェス・ストリーティングが影の教育大臣に昇進し、ジェームズ・マレーとアベナ・オポン・アサレが影の財務大臣となった。[27]
12月
ジャネット・デイビーは、登録官と同性パートナーシップに関する「誤った」発言を受けて、12月7日に影の宗教大臣を辞任した。[28]
影の文化産業大臣トレイシー・ブラビン氏は12月16日、ウェスト・ヨークシャー市長選への立候補に専念するため辞任すると発表した。 [29]影のスポーツ大臣アリソン・マクガバン氏が文化産業担当の任務を与えられ、文化産業・スポーツ担当影の大臣となった。[29]
12月30日、欧州連合の将来関係法案に対する労働党院内幹事の提案に反対票を投じた後、影の労働年金・スコットランドPPSのトニア・アントニアッツィ氏、[30]野党院内幹事のフローレンス・エシャロミ氏、影の内閣府大臣のヘレン・ヘイズ氏は議員団を辞任した。[31]
2021
1月
1月7日の小規模な人事異動で、影の年金大臣ジャック・ドロミー氏とPPSフルール・アンダーソン氏が影の内閣府大臣に就任した。 [32]年金担当大臣としてマット・ロッダ氏がドロミー氏の後任となり、影の運輸チームではロッダ氏の空席をサム・タリー氏が埋めた。[33]
2月
カリン・スミスは2月26日、選挙区活動やその他の問題に集中するため北アイルランド影の大臣を辞任する意向を発表し、アレックス・デイヴィス・ジョーンズPPSが後任となった。[34] エマ・ハーディも同様の理由で3月8日に影の財務大臣および大学大臣を辞任し、野党院内幹事のマット・ウェスタンが後任となった。[35]
4月
サラ・オーウェンは4月14日に野党のフロントベンチに復帰し、ランカスター公領の影の財務大臣 レイチェル・リーブスのPPSとしての以前の役割に戻ったと発表した。[36]
2021年4月に影の防衛調達大臣を辞任したハリド・マフムード氏は、 2021年5月の地方選挙の結果を受けて党を批判する意見記事の中で、第一線からの離脱を明らかにした。[37]
5月

影の地方自治大臣ケイト・ホーレン氏は、セクハラ告発に介入したとの疑惑に直面した後、5月13日に辞任した。[43] 5月14日の広範なフロントベンチ改造で、野党院内幹事ジェフ・スミス氏が後任となった。この改造では、バンボス・カラランボス氏とホリー・リンチ氏の役職交代、マイク・エイムズベリー氏の任務がルース・キャドバリー氏と分割、ポール・ブロムフィールド氏がフロントベンチを去るなどの変更もあった。[44]レイチェル・ホプキンス氏が、影の国防大臣 ジョン・ヒーリー氏の補佐官としてフロントベンチに復帰した。[45]
5月には貴族院のフロントベンチの改造も行われ、サザークのケネディ卿がマカヴォイ卿から野党院内幹事の地位を引き継いだ。[46] リーズのブレイク男爵夫人は住宅・コミュニティ・地方自治チームに、コーカー卿は国防・内務省チームに、バーンリーのカーン卿は環境・食糧・農村地域省チームに、メロン男爵夫人は保健・社会福祉チームに加わった。[46] 4人はいずれも新たに貴族院に任命され、スターマー氏によって指名された。[46]
6月
ダーリントンのチャップマン男爵夫人は6月22日に内閣府の影の閣僚に任命され、影の内閣に加わり、フロスト卿の相手役を務めた。[47] [48]
トニア・アントニアッツィは6月23日にレイチェル・リーブス影の財務大臣の補佐官に任命されたと発表した。[49]
8月
選挙区内で銃乱射事件が発生した後、影の環境大臣ルーク・ポラードは8月30日、1か月間その職を「退く」意向を発表した。ポラードの不在中は、影の環境大臣ダニエル・ザイヒナーが彼の職務を代行した。 [50]
9月
マーシャ・デ・コルドバは選挙区に集中するため9月14日に影の女性・平等担当大臣を辞任し、 [51] 9月21日にアネリーゼ・ドッズが後任となった。[52]影の女性・平等担当大臣のシャーロット・ニコルズも「個人的な理由」で同時に辞任し、タイウォ・オワテミが後任となった。[51] [52]
アンディ・マクドナルドは後任を指名せずに9月27日に雇用権利保護担当影の大臣を辞任した。 [53]
10月
10月20日、ハイベリーのコリンズ卿がケンティッシュタウンのヘイター男爵夫人の後任として貴族院の影の副院内総務に就任した。[54]ヘイター男爵夫人は貴族院の国際協定委員会の委員長に就任するために退任した。[54]
11月
2021年11月29日の影の内閣改造で、イヴェット・クーパーが影の内務大臣として第一線に復帰した。[55] パット・マクファデンが影の財務次官として影の内閣に加わり、ピーター・カイルが北アイルランドの影の大臣となった。ファルコナー卿、ケイト・グリーン、ルーク・ポラード、ニア・グリフィスは全員退任した。

影の精神保健大臣と国際開発大臣は影の大臣に降格されたが、影の財務次官と同等の地位で影の内閣に留まった。プリート・ギルは影の外務大臣の下で影の内閣国際開発大臣となり、ロゼーナ・アリン=カーンは影の保健大臣の下で影の内閣精神保健大臣となった。
影の住宅担当大臣のポストはコミュニティー・地方自治担当大臣と統合され、同名の政府省庁を影で支える影のレベルアップ・住宅・コミュニティー担当大臣となった。影の若者・民主主義担当大臣、影の児童貧困担当大臣、影の雇用権・保護担当大臣のポストはすべて廃止された。影のビジネス・エネルギー・産業戦略担当大臣の役割は、影の気候変動・ネットゼロ担当大臣と影のビジネス・産業戦略担当大臣に分割された。[56]
ケリー・マッカーシーは「個人的な理由」で影のグリーン運輸大臣を辞任した。[57] [58]
12月
影の大臣、報道官、PPSの任命は12月4日に完了した。[59] [60]
影の大臣レイチェル・マスケルとPPSミック・ホイットリーは、NHS職員のワクチン接種義務化に反対する党の院内総務の意向を無視し、12月14日に辞任した。 [61]
ケイト・オズボーンは12月21日に北アイルランド影の代表チームのPPSに任命された。[62]
2022
1月
