共産党のリスト

世界中のさまざまな国で活動している共産党が数多くあり、かつて活動していたものも数多くあります。それらは一般的にはマルクス・レーニン主義の伝統の範囲内にありますが、方法だけでなく厳密なイデオロギーや解釈も異なります。

さまざまな国における共産党の結成は、ロシアのボルシェビキが共産主義インターナショナル内で最初に始めたものである。それ以来、共産党は、中国共産党やソ連共産党のような一党独裁国家の与党として、あるいは多数派政府や少数派政府、さらには複数の連立政権を率いたり参加したりする多党制の与党として、数多くの国を統治してきた。

他の多くの共産党は、国を統治したのではなく、国内の州または地域を統治した。他の党も、国会、州議会、または地域議会に代表を送り込んだ。共産党や思想流派の中には、議会制を拒否し、反乱や社会革命、労働者評議会を主張するものがある。
