ふたご座カッパ星（κふたご座、κ Gem）は、北半球のふたご座にある連星系です。肉眼で見ることができ、見かけの視等級は3.568です。[2]年間視差は23.07 msで、[1]この星系は太陽から約141光年離れたところにあります 。
中国天文学では、ふたご座κ星は積薪（ピンイン：Jīxīn）と呼ばれ、薪の山を意味します。これは、この星が薪の山の星座、井戸の館（中国の星座を参照）の中で孤立していることに由来しています。 [11]積薪（Jīxīn）は西洋ではTseih Tsingと名付けられましたが、 Tseih Tsingという名前はRHアレンによってχ Gemとμ Cncに付けられたもので、「積み上げられた燃料」という意味です。[12]日本語では隆博星（たかひろぼし）は「尊敬される高貴な星」を意味し、ふたご座κ星の日本語による説明を指しています。
これは、2014年現在、位置角241°に沿って7.2 秒角の角度分離を持つ、おそらく天文連星系[3]です。 [13]主星は、G9 IIIの恒星分類を持つ進化したG型巨星です。 [4] 1943年以来、この星のスペクトルは、他の星を分類するための安定したアンカーポイントの1つとして機能してきました。[14]質量は太陽の2倍ですが、[7]太陽半径の11倍にまで拡大しています。この星は、有効温度5,020 Kで、外層大気から太陽の約69倍の明るさを放射しています。 [8] 3.3 km/sの予測回転速度でゆっくりと回転しており、約20億歳です。[7]副星は8.2等星です。[3]
