遺体のない殺人有罪判決と は、被害者の遺体が見つかっていないにもかかわらず殺人罪で有罪判決を受けた事例である。このような有罪判決では、状況証拠と法医学的証拠が重要となる。過去にはこのような有罪判決が何百件も下されており、そのうちのいくつかは覆されている。特に明記されていない限り、すべてのケースで被害者の遺体は回収されていない。
有罪判決後に被害者とされていた人物が生存していることが判明したため、有罪判決は覆された。
