2010年のカリフォルニア州知事選挙は、カリフォルニア州知事を選出するために2010年11月2日に実施されました。予備選挙は2010年6月8日に実施されました。1990年11月6日以降、カリフォルニア州の憲法上の公職者は同じ役職に2期以上就くことが禁止されているため、現職の共和党員アーノルド・シュワルツェネッガーは任期制限のため再選に出馬できませんでした。 1975年から1983年までカリフォルニア州第34代知事を務めたジェリー・ブラウン元知事は、祖父条項により任期制限が適用されず、一般選挙でメグ・ホイットマンを破り、2011年1月3日に就任しました。2026年現在、これはカリフォルニア州知事の党派が変わった最も最近の例となっています。
