Obišovce (Slovak pronunciation:[ˈɔbiʂɔwtse]; Hungarian: Abos) is a village and municipality in Košice-okolie District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1289.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 254 metres (833 ft)[2] and covers an area of 9.81 km2 (3.79 sq mi) (2025).[4]
It has a population of 491 people (31 December 2025).[6]
In year 2021 was 471 people by ethnicity 460 as Slovak, 5 as German, 4 as Rusyn, 3 as Polish, 3 as Hungarian, 2 as Czech, 2 as Not found out, 1 as Irish, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Russian, 1 as Canadian and 1 as Other.
