教育

マサグラム高校は、西ベンガル州中等教育委員会に加盟している男女共学の高校です。^{[ 7 ]}

文化

マサグラムではダルマタクルのガジャンが祝われます。ベンガル暦のヴァイシャーカ月の最後の火曜日には、新しく作られた偶像でラクシャ・カーリーが崇拝されます。建築様式の異なる9つのシヴァ寺院があります。^[⁸^]

デイビッド・J・マカッチョンは、18世紀のプラネシュワラ寺院と、マサグラムにあるチャラ（湾曲した屋根）が複製された八角形の寺院について言及している。^{[ 9 ]}
