注意:括弧内の三名法の典拠は、その亜種がもともとChilabothrus以外の属で記述されていたことを示しています。
語源
亜種名のwarreniはトルテュ島で爬虫類標本を収集したC. Rhea Warrenにちなんで名付けられた。[5]
