ISTE規格

ISTE 標準は、以前はNational Educational Technology Standards ( NETS ) として知られていましたが、教育と学習におけるテクノロジーの使用 (テクノロジー統合) に関する標準です。^{[ 1 ]}これらは、教育テクノロジーに焦点を当てた教育者のための非営利会員団体であるInternational Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)によって発行されています。これには、学生に期待されるスキルと態度をリストした ISTE Standards for Students が含まれます。^{[ 2 ]}また、 ISTE Standards for Educators、ISTE Standards for Administrators (2017-08-05 にWayback Machineにアーカイブ) 、ISTE Standards for Coaches (2017-07-28 にWayback Machineにアーカイブ)、ISTE Standards for Computer Science Educators (2017-08-08 にWayback Machineにアーカイブ)も含まれます。

ISTE スタンダードは、技術的教育内容知識(TPACK)などの学習モデルと連携し、共通コア州基準を含むコンテンツ領域基準の実装をサポートするように設計されています。^{[ 3 ]}これらは、プロジェクトベース学習^{[ 4 ]}、ブレンド型学習、反転授業モデルなど、教育への新しいアプローチと関連付けられることがよくあります。

ISTE 標準の採用と実施を支援するリソースには、学習にテクノロジーを活用するために必要な 14 の要素であるISTE 必須条件、およびISTE 標準との整合性をレビューして認定するプログラムである ISTE 準拠シール(Wayback Machineに 2017 年 7 月 22 日にアーカイブ)などがあります。

ISTEは、基準に準拠した認定プログラム（ISTE認定）も提供しています。この認定プログラムは能力ベースのモデルであり、教育者は学習を支援するためにテクノロジーを活用する能力を示す成果物を提出します。ピアレビュープロセスに合格すると、教育者は「ISTE認定」とみなされます。

ISTEは1998年に、National Educational Technology Standards（NETS）という名称で学生基準の最初のバージョンを発表しました。当時、この基準は学生の技術スキルに焦点を当てていました。^{[ 1 ]}教師と管理者向けの基準は、それぞれ2000年と2001年に続きました。

In 2007, ISTE reviewed its student standards and re-released them as the ISTE Standards for Students. Their focus became integration of technology in the classroom.^[2] ISTE then updated the ISTE Standards for Teachers (2008) and the ISTE Standards for Administrators (2009).^[5][6] In 2011, ISTE added two new sets of standards—the ISTE Standards for Coaches and the ISTE Standards for Computer Science Educators.

In 2015, ISTE began another review of the standards. The new ISTE Standards for Students were released in June 2016 at the 2016 ISTE Conference and Expo. The 2017 ISTE Standards for Teachers, renamed the ISTE Standards for Educators, were released in June 2017. The ISTE Standards for Administrators were renamed the ISTE Standards for Education Leaders and released in June 2018.^[7][8]

Also in 2018, to recognize the importance of computer science and STEM education as well as student problem-solving skills, ISTE released the ISTE Computational Thinking Competencies. In June 2019, ISTE will release a refreshed version of the ISTE Standards for Computer Science Educators.
