トウゴク属

リグスティカム（ラベージ^{[ 2 ]}^{： 824}カンゾウ^{[ 3 ]} ）は、セリ科に属する約60種の顕花植物の属で^[⁴^]、北半球の冷温帯地域が原産です。その名前はイタリアのリグーリア地方に由来すると考えられています^[⁵^]。

コニオセリナムに移動

2003年、ピメノフは、いくつかの種がL. scoticum （ L.のタイプ種）よりもC. tataricum （ C.のタイプ種）に近いことを発見したため、それらをConioselinum属に移した。^[⁷^] 2003年に割り当てられたC. sinomedicumという名前が不適切であったため、2015年にC. anthriscoides ← L. sinenseという別の変更が行われた。 ^[⁸^]

用途

いくつかの種の根は薬草として使用されています。L . sinense（古い文献ではL. wallichiまたはL. chuanxiong ）は、中国薬草学で使用される50の基本薬草の1つで、川芎（chuānxiōng ）と呼ばれています。英語ではSzechwan lovageです。^[¹⁰^]中国産Ligusticumの根には、研究でTNF-α産生とTNF-αを介したNF-κB活性化を阻害することが示されているアルカロイドが含まれています。^[¹¹^]日本で行われた1つの研究では、Ligusticum sinenseに含まれる活性化合物は抗炎症作用と鎮痛作用の両方を持ち、炎症性病理の過程の初期段階と後期段階で抗炎症効果を発揮することが示されました。^[¹²^]

L. porteri（オシャ）は西洋のハーブ療法で用いられる。
