アメリカ宗教学会誌（旧称聖書と宗教誌）は、オックスフォード大学出版局がアメリカ宗教学会（AAR）の委託を受けて発行する査読付き 学術誌である。JAARは1966年に設立され、AAR自体と同様に、社会科学のみを強調する狭いアプローチではなく、宗教に対するより包括的な宗教研究アプローチ（歴史、哲学、神学を含む）を強調している。[1] : 791 一般に、宗教研究分野の旗艦誌と見なされている。世界の宗教的伝統、方法論的研究、書評など、宗教研究の最新の研究を扱っている。 [2]
