クリスチャン・ヴァレンティン・ブルン（Christian Valentin Brunn 、1994年7月20日生まれ）は、ドイツのDJ、エレクトロニック音楽プロデューサーで、芸名バーチャル・ライオットでよく知られている。これまでに17枚のEPと2枚のスタジオアルバムをリリースしており、最も有名なのは2016年のEP『Chemistry』で、ビルボードの ダンス/エレクトロニックアルバムチャートで最高20位を記録した。また、2018年のEP 『German Engineering』はダンス/エレクトロニックデジタルソングセールスチャートで最高11位を記録した。2014年に独立系音楽レーベルDisciple Recordingsと契約した。[3] 2019年4月16日、スクリレックスのOWSLAとの出版契約を発表した。[4]
キャリア
BrunnはRazihelとの「One For All, All For One」やHelicopter Showdownとの「Cali Born」など、Beatportチャートで数多くのヒット曲を出している。 [5] Your EDMなどの他のエレクトロニックミュージックメディアは、彼の音楽を「非伝統的」かつ「エッジの効いた」と評し、 Savantのようなアーティストと比較している。[6]
「Virtual Riot」という別名でプロデュースする前、ブルンは別の別名「Your Personal Tranquilizer」でアンビエント ・ダブステップやフューチャー・ガレージ・ミュージックをプロデュースしていた。 [7]
ブルンはイギリスのレコードレーベルDisciple Recordsから数枚のEPをリリースしており、その中にはチャート入りしたEP 「Chemistry」も含まれる。[8]彼はリディム、フューチャーベース、フューチャーガレージ、エレクトロハウス、ベース重視とメロディックダブステップの両方のジャンルで作品を制作している。
2021年8月9日、ブルンはデビュースタジオアルバム「Simulation」を発表し、9月10日にリリースされた。[9]
