ナマック・ハラム・デオルヒ、ジャガット・セスの家、ナシプール・ラジバリ、カトゴラ宮殿、アジムニッサ・ベグムの墓はすべて近くにあります。バギラティ川の反対側にあるバラナガルの寺院街ラニ・バヴァニへは、アジムガンジから田舎のボートで行くことができます。 ^{[ 2 ]}

歴史

ジャファルガジ墓地は、ミール・ジャファルによって波状の壁で囲まれた3.51エーカーの敷地に建設され、ニザマト砦の敷地から北に約半マイル、ナマク・ハラム・デオリの敷地内に位置しています。ここには、ミール・ジャファルから始まるナジャフィ王朝のベンガルの歴代ナワーブとその家族の墓があり、一方、ナワーブ・アリヴァルディ・カーンによって建設されたクシュバーグには、アフシャール王朝に属するベンガルのナワーブとその家族の墓があります。現在、この墓地はインド考古調査局によって管理・維持されています。^[³^]

かつてこの墓地の場所には「菜園」があり、シャー・ハナウム・ベグム（ミール・ジャファルの妻であり、アリヴァルディ・ハーンの妹）が大変気に入っていたと言われている。

ジャファルガンジ墓地には、ベンガルのナワブの家族の墓があります。ここには、ナワブナジムフマユンジャー、彼の妻であるウムダットウンニサベグム、アミールウンニアドゥルハンベグム、スルタナゲティアラベグム、ライスウンニサベグムの墓があります。ナワブ・ナジム・ワラ・ジャー、妻ナジブ・ウン・ニサ・ベグム。ミール・ジャファルとその妻シャー・カナウム・ベガム、バブ・ベガム、マニー・ベガム。ナワブ・ナジム・ムバラク・ウッダウラ、妻ファイズ・ウン・ニサ・ベグム。シュド・アハメド・ナザフィ（ミール・ジャファルの父）。ムハンマド・アリ・カーン（ミール・ジャファルの弟）。ボフ・ベグム、ナワブ・ナジム・アリ・ジャーの妻。ナワブ・ナジム・ナザム・ウッダウラ;ナワブ・ナジム・サイフ・ウッダウラ;ババール・アリ。メフル・レクハ・ベグム（グイティ・アフロズ・マハルとしても知られる）、以前はムアの妻であったフマユーン・ジャーの妻、イスマイル・アリ・カーンとアシュラフ・アリ・カーン（ミール・ジャファルの義理の息子）。^{[ 4 ]}
