Cinnycerthiaはミソサザイ科の鳥類の属である。アンデス山脈の山地林の下草に生息する4種が含まれる。 [2]いずれも絶滅の危機に瀕しているとは考えられておらず、バードライフ・インターナショナルによって軽度懸念種に分類されている。 [3]体長は 14～16.5 cm で、嘴はかなり短く、羽毛は赤褐色で翼と尾には暗色の縞模様がある。 [2]属名はタイヨウチョウの属Cinnyrisとツツドリの属Certhiaを組み合わせたものである。 [4]
