ビクトリア州首相未発表原稿賞は、未発表原稿に与えられる文学賞です。オーストラリアのビクトリア州出身で、フィクションに基づく作品を出版したことのない作家であれば誰でも応募できます。
この賞は2003年にオーストラリア州立図書館によって設立されました。2011年にビクトリア州首相文学賞の運営はウィーラーセンターに変更されました。2017年現在、賞金は15,000オーストラリアドルです。[1]
