キャロル・L・ウィルソン（1910年9月21日 - 1983年1月12日、享年72歳）[ 1 ] [ 2 ]は、スローン経営大学院の経営学教授であり、 MITの初代三井現代技術問題教授であった。彼の経歴は、MIT学長補佐から原子力委員会の初代総支配人まで、数多くの学術、政府、産業界の役職に及んだ。
ウィルソンの数々の功績の中でも特筆すべきは、MITアフリカ・フェローシップ・プログラム（1960年～1967年）とMITラテンアメリカ・フェローシップ・プログラム（1965年～1967年）の設立である。これらのプログラムにより、優秀なMIT卒業生が新興独立国と協力し、政府機関で直接働くことで支援することが可能になった。
